1. Background & needs
Scope of project:
SPRB is looking for a flexible self-service platform to create immersive and interactive digital staff magazines.
The platform needs to enable SPRB to digitise the various interactivity and sparkling content you want to share with SPRB's employees internally.
Currently, these type of assets are created in a PDF format that is static and hard to remain up-to-date, as well as creating a more engaging experience to get employees excited and aligned throughout the organisation.
There is a content creation team (design) in-house. The platform can facilitate an account structure that would enable the creative team as well as other stakeholders and parties involved in this creation process.
During our conversation the following topics emmerged as important:
- The ability for the creative services team to create and customize templates for content scalability, and also adhere to brand guidelines.
- The ability to easily create highly interactive and engaging content that looks professional and has a more digital format.
- A self-service platform that allows different users (designers and other stakeholders) to create branded digital assets in-house.
- Working with a platform that enables SPRB to ensure all IT and Security requirements from within the organisation.

- Ease of distribution via different internal channels.
